Proof of Payment
-300 ( Regular & Associate) New and Renewal.
Certification of at least 1 year of service as perioperative practitioner from institution. ( click to download the form )
– The Supervisor shall accomplish this form, and to be attested by the Chief Nurse/Nursing Director. The perioperative nurse shall submit the duly accomplished form to ORNAP for his/her membership application.

Categories of Membership
A. REGULAR Member
– A Perioperative Nurse who currently manages, mentors, practices perioperative nursing.
– Practices pre, intra and post operative stages.
B. ASSOCIATE Member
- A perioperative nurse engaged at least in the following:
- Perioperative nurse educator
- Perioperative research
- Overseas employment
- Private duty nursing
- Practices either pre and post operative stages only.
C. LIFE Member
– Any active perioperative nurse who signifies membership for life
– Regular member for five consecutive years and
– Attended five (5) successive National Annual Convention and Scientific Meeting.
Rights and Privileges of every member:
A. Regular and Life Members:
• Can vote and be voted upon to any position provided that he/she qualifies on the basis of the criteria set.;
• Can be nominated, appointed or elected into office.;
• Eligible to hold office and to serve as member of any elected or constituted committees.;
• Be entitled to the Mutual Aid Fund as prescribed by the BOD and subscription of ORNAP Newsletter.
• Seek advice on matters affecting the practice of perioperative nursing; and propose amendments and resolutions through the Board of Directors.
• Propose amendments and resolutions through the Board of Directors.
B. Associate Members:
• Can vote but cannot be voted upon.;
• Entitled to the Mutual Aid Fund as prescribed by the Board of Directors and subscription of ORNAP newsletter.
• Seek advice on matters affecting the practice of perioperative nursing.
• Propose amendments and resolutions through the Board of Directors.
Every Member shall have the duty to:
• Abide by the Vision, Mission, Core Values and By-laws of the association.
• Pay membership dues and fees determined by the Board of Directors.
• Participate actively in all activities of the association.
